Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) together with APL and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) as members of The New World Alliance (TNWA), and Maersk Line operate a three string weekly Transatlantic service through the Port of Felixstowe.

Two of the services are operated by The New World Alliance and the other by Maersk Line.
The Alliance provides multiple weekly calls at key European ports including Felixstowe with very competitive and attractive transit times.

Since HMM was established in 1976 the Line has grown into one of the world's top multimodal enterprises, providing and operating a wide range of services and ships across the shipping spectrum.

The weekly Atlantic Pacific Express (APX) service is operated with 12 vessels with an average capacity of 3500 teus, provided by TNWA. The Lines have extended their present TNWA service string from the Pacific. The resulting pendulum route has a weekly Atlantic rotation of Miami, Jacksonville, Savannah, Charleston, New York, Antwerp, Felixstowe, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Le Havre, New York,
Norfolk and Charleston before returning to the Pacific with a discharge call in Los Angeles and Oakland.

The weekly Atlantic South (ATS) string is operated by five US flag Maersk Line vessels with an average capacity of 3400 teus: the port rotation, on a weekly basis being of Rotterdam, Felixstowe, Bremerhaven, New York, Charleston, Savannah, Mobile, Houston, Miami and Norfolk, before returning to Rotterdam.

The weekly Americas Europe Express string is operated with 5 vessels with an average capacity
of 3500 teus, provided by the TNWA. The rotation on a weekly basis being Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Felixstowe, New York, Charleston, Miami and Manzanillo, before retuning to Rotterdam.
