West European Container Lines (WEC) operates in the UK on several trade routes from Felixstowe to East African and Red Sea destinations and offers a weekly service from Felixstowe, Antwerp, Hamburg and Le Havre to Aden, Hodeidah, Djibouti, Port Sudan, Massawa, Dar-es-Salaam and Mombasa, utilising vessels of approximately 6,000 teu capacity. Inland haulage in East Africa can be arranged to and from principal destinations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Burundi, Rwanda, Congo and Zambia. WEC Lines also offer a weekly service to Comoros Island and Mozambique, Platforms and Flat Racks can be accepted along with Dry Vans.
On the Northbound voyage into Felixstowe WEC Lines call at Sokhana, Valencia and Barcelona, Antwerp, Hamburg, Le Havre with oncarriage to various destinations from each port.
