Hutchison Ports (UK) – Building trust starts with inclusion.

At Hutchison Ports UK, we were proud to support and celebrate National Inclusion Week 2026, recognising the diversity of our people and the positive impact that inclusion has across our business.

This year’s theme, “Build Trust. Navigate Change.”, encouraged us all to reflect on how we can create a workplace where every colleague feels valued, respected and empowered to contribute. We know that building an inclusive culture is a shared responsibility, one that starts with listening, learning and ensuring everyone feels they belong.

To mark the week, we produced a short video showcasing our employee networks and the vital role they play in raising awareness, creating connections and supporting colleagues across HPUK. These communities include our Women’s, Early Careers, Pride, Veterans & Reservists, Wellbeing, Disability and Cultural Networks, alongside local groups at London Thamesport and Harwich International. Together, they help create a workplace where everyone can be themselves and thrive.

By embracing different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, we create a stronger, more supportive organisation for everyone.

Together, we’re building a culture where everyone belongs.
